Sound Physicians is seeking a Medical Director for Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care Radcliff in Radcliff, KY. In this role, you will lead high-quality emergency and urgent care within a brand-new freestanding facility alongside a stable, collaborative clinical team. Stable, well-staffed teams with less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts

Shift & Schedule

24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM

12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care

Responsibilities

Lead high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care

EPIC is the EMR

Compensation

Competitive 1099 compensation

Qualifications

Board-certified in emergency medicine

At least 1 year of Director experience preferred
