What You'll Be Doing

Process accounts payable and vendor payments

Generate customer invoices and support collections efforts

Audit and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for approximately 70 employees

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Assist with reporting and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Experience handling AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Construction, restoration, contracting, or field service industry experience is a plus
