Who you are

2+ years of recent experience managing enterprise software developers in Microsoft environments (Entra, Azure, Power Platform, Foundry, and .NET Core) designing scalable and secure architecture, ideally with large data sets

Proven ability to mentor teams through change, and experience with transformative AI adoption a big plus

Collaborative and “roll with the punches” mindset and ability to reprioritize in a dynamic environment

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

What you’ll do

Lead and support three technical teams across data warehousing, Dynamics platforms, and web-based applications

Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and help establish agentic processes to improve delivery speed

Provide architectural guidance, code review oversight, and cybersecurity/compliance direction

Partner with peer managers to share resources, balance priorities, and move initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The role is expected to pay up to $175,000-$225,000. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
