Compensation: Rs 50,000–70,000/month during a 3-month probation, rising to Rs 90,000–1,20,000/month on successful completion, plus performance-linked incentives tied to vendor and customer growth

About Get Books

Get Books is a book marketplace and publishing platform moving out of its early MVP stage — real vendors, libraries, and institutions are already coming to us, and our first franchise store is opening at NSTP, NUST. We need someone who can take our marketing and sales efforts from founder-run and ad hoc to a properly planned, measurable function as we launch our automated marketplace.

What you'll own

Vendor and seller growth campaigns — plan and run outreach to authors, publishers, and independent bookstores to grow our marketplace seller base, building on our existing CRM waitlist and festival-survey leads.
Customer acquisition and retention — manage our subscriber base (currently 525+ via Omnisend), grow it through organic and paid channels, and turn subscribers into active buyers.
Brand and content management — own our social media presence (including our LinkedIn company page), website content, and marketing collateral for both the online marketplace and physical stores.
Store and event marketing — plan launch campaigns for the NSTP flagship store and future franchise locations, and represent Get Books at book festivals and events (building on our track record at IBoox25).
Sales reporting and CRM hygiene — keep our vendor and customer pipeline organised and reportable, working closely with the Operations team.

What we're looking for

1–3 years in marketing, sales, or business development — startup or e-commerce experience is a strong plus
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution — this is a hands-on role, not a purely planning one
Strong written communication in English and Urdu
Genuine interest in books, publishing, or education is a bonus, not a requirement
Comfortable working across digital marketing, on-ground events, and B2B outreach at once

You'd be building Get Books' marketing function from the ground up — the systems, campaigns, and brand voice you set now become how the company is known as it scales into new cities and districts.
