Job Description

Immediately hiring a Real Estate And Construction Coordinator for a national luxury brand! This role would be 3 months in length and possibly extend. Working the Real Estate and Construction teams, this role will support showroom remodels, new showroom projects and help update wholesale partner displays.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers across the full project lifecycle (showroom remodels, new showrooms projects, wholesale partner display updates)

Support project tracking, workflows, and documentation within the ERP system

Prepare, maintain, and update project plans, sheets, checklists, schedules, and documentation

Coordinate project communications to ensure smooth transitions between phases and alignment on cost, schedule, quality, and completion

Schedule and facilitate monthly facilities calls with showrooms and oversee follow‑through on all work orders

Support the execution of projects for new, relocated, and remodeled showrooms to help ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery

Arrange start‑up of essential services, including utilities, disposal, and maintenance

Order required product and coordinate shipment and on‑site delivery

Support Store Design with plan updates, schedules, and project scope definitions using AutoCAD as needed

Provide purchasing and project documentation to support fixed asset capitalization

Assist with product assembly in the warehouse and on-site as needed

Facilities support: mailroom, kitchen supplies, etc.

Perform other related duties as assigned
