We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person School Nurse to support a school in Fairfield County, CT for the 2026–2027 school year.
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 12/23/2026 (May extend)

New Canaan, CT, 37.5-40 Hours per Week
Active CNA or LPN license.
Ability to provide consistent, dedicated 1:1 support in a school setting.
Comfortable supporting a student who may require wheelchair support and close monitoring throughout the day.
Willingness and ability to ride the bus with the student to and from school.
Provide 1:1 health support for a high school medically fragile student across the school day.
Accompany the student during transportation to and from school.
Track the student’s tolerance for activity and respond promptly when signs of fatigue are reported or observed.
Support safe mobility by staying with the student and assisting as needed when transitioning between a walker and a wheelchair.
