Schedule:
Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Shifts
Shift Options:
Days (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) or Nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings
Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
Administer medications and monitor patient response to treatment
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and multidisciplinary care teams
Support patients through stabilization, recovery, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Help connect patients with community resources and ongoing support services
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or Compact State
New graduates encouraged to apply
Passion for behavioral health, addiction medicine, and patient advocacy
Ability to work a consistent day or night schedule
Compensation
Weeknight Differential: +10%
Weekend Day Differential: +15%
Weekend Night Differential: +30%
5 Weeks PTO Annually
