Certified Medical Assistant

Ocala, FL | Full-Time

Looking for a hands-on role where you can support patients and help a busy medical office run smoothly? We’re seeking a Medical Assistant to work alongside providers and staff to deliver attentive, organized patient care.

What you’ll do

Welcome patients, take vital signs, and update medical histories

Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments

Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures

Perform phlebotomy, collect lab specimens, and complete EKGs

Support scheduling, patient records, and follow-up tasks

Help maintain patient flow and an organized back office

What you’ll bring

Graduation from a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience, as permitted by state requirements

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

A patient-focused approach and ability to work well with a team

Medical Assistant certification or registration preferred

Physician-office experience preferred
