This is not a volume hire—and this is not a traditional dental-assisting position.
Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service is strategically adding one exceptional Dental Assistant to our growing concierge mobile division.
We deliver high-level dental care directly to patients in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing communities, and private residences throughout Florida.
Our patients often face significant barriers to receiving care. We remove those barriers with compassion, urgency, clinical excellence, and disciplined execution.

What You Will Own
Mobile operatory setup and breakdown
Chairside support across multiple clinical procedures
Sterilization, infection control, and equipment readiness
Efficient clinical flow and same-day treatment support
Complete, accurate, and timely documentation
Supply and inventory accountability
Professional communication with patients, families, facilities, and teammates
Hold applicable Florida dental-assisting certifications or credentials
Are highly punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
Anticipate clinical needs before being asked
Take ownership instead of waiting for direction
Remain calm, resourceful, and solutions-focused when plans change
Communicate confidently with doctors, patients, families, and facility leaders
Welcome coaching, accountability, and measurable performance expectations

Mobile or geriatric dental experience is valuable, but mindset, execution, and alignment matter most.

Compensation
Base pay:
$25–$30 per hour, based on experience, credentials, capability, and execution readiness.
Performance opportunity:
$10,000–$35,000+ annually for measurable contribution.
