Job Overview:

VASL is looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across various roles and industries.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines, including backup candidates.
Manage multiple open positions while working toward recruitment deadlines.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Identify sourcing challenges and explore alternative approaches to attract suitable candidates.
Support the recruitment process from initial sourcing through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Experience recruiting for international clients is a plus.
