Human Resources Representative

The HR Representative serves as a front-line support to colleagues by providing real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes. Provides real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes. Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, supports HR cyclical processes and compliance considerations. Collaborates with HR team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of employee transactions. Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of consumer satisfaction. Maintains appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases.

1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required)

Human Resources experience (Preferred)

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of Human Resources experience required

Strong experience with Workday

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills

Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service

Documentation and Updating HR Records

The base pay range for full-time employment is $22.93 - $34.97 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
