I’m partnering with one of the most iconic and recognizable names in American retail to identify a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy
to help bring compelling brand and product stories to life across key retail categories, including Fashion, Beauty, Accessories, and Home.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who understands the intersection of brand storytelling, merchandising, and integrated marketing, and can translate business priorities into impactful consumer-facing campaigns.
What you’ll be involved in:
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with merchandising priorities and business goals
Partner closely with Merchandising, Creative, Media, and cross-functional teams to bring product stories to life
Support omni-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, experiential, and in-store
Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives
Ensure creative assets and messaging align with campaign objectives and product priorities
Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize future marketing strategies
Partner with senior marketing leadership on strategic planning and execution
What they’re looking for:
✔ 5–7+ years of integrated marketing experience
✔ Strong retail, fashion, beauty, luxury, accessories, or consumer brand background
✔ Experience developing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns
✔ Strong merchandising and cross-functional partnership experience
✔ Ability to translate product priorities into compelling consumer-facing storytelling
✔ Experience with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
✔ Data-driven, creative, and commercially minded approach
