Position Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist/Mail Clerk for processing all incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with office duties. Law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receiving, scanning, saving and distributing incoming mail daily.

Answering phones and greeting clients

Document management and organization, saving to network.

Printing letters and addressing and preparing envelopes.

Metering outgoing mail.

Sending outgoing mail via FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.

Assist in various projects throughout the office.

Additional duties as required

Skills

Strong computer, software, and internet skills – especially with MS Office.

Experience working with FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.

Ability to work independently.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Displays the ability to multitask and perform many different duties.
