Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree required.

Approximately 5 years of relevant tooling or mold engineering experience.

Hands-on experience in tooling/mold design, injection molding, and tooling maintenance.

Experience with molds, jigs, fixtures, and DFM evaluation.

Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues and support molding design validation.

Experience with tooling modifications, design reviews, qualification, and sampling activities.

Strong documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in plastics, injection molding, tool and die, medical devices, automotive, or consumer electronics is preferred.

Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Libertyville, IL.

Pay Scale

Anticipated hourly pay rate: $45/hour on W-2.
