Construction Manager opportunity supporting the
mechanical scope of a multi-billion-dollar, high-tech manufacturing project in Boise, ID
. This person will own preconstruction through field execution for
dry mechanical, wet mechanical, plumbing, or fire protection systems
, coordinating subcontractors, drawings, RFIs, submittals, equipment buyout, startup meetings, and project documentation.
Contract:
Initial 12 months with likely extensions
Pay:
$75/hr + per diem for qualifying candidates
Schedule:
Approximately 50 hours/week, typically starting around 6 AM
Project duration:
Expected to continue into 2028
Qualifications
10+ years of construction experience on
mega-projects and/or high-tech construction
Deep experience with
mechanical building systems
, including plumbing, dry mechanical, wet mechanical, or fire protection
Preconstruction experience including
subcontractor bids, equipment buyout, and drawing review
Experience with
Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6
, or similar construction platforms
Preferred:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
