Markesta is a digital marketing partner built for real estate companies worldwide. We handle the full pipeline: acquisition, qualification, and retention, through paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), local SEO, high-converting websites, content, AI-powered lead qualification, and CRM and follow-up systems built around each client's pipeline. We work with agencies, brokers, and developers across markets, helping them turn ad spend into serious, ready-to-talk buyers and investors.

About the Role

For this role, you'll be closing leads from our Pakistan real estate campaign: agency owners, brokers, and developers who filled out a form asking about our lead generation service. As a Sales Closer, your job is to turn these warm, inbound leads into paying clients.

Every person you call has already filled out a form asking about our services. You're not cold calling, you're closing people who already raised their hand. Your job is to understand their business, show them how Markesta can help, and get the deal signed.

This is a high-reward role. Hit your target and there's no ceiling on what you can earn beyond it.

Onboarding & Training

Before working real leads, every new hire goes through up to 1 week of unpaid training, at your own pace. If you clear the demo and mock calls faster, you can finish in 1 or 2 days. Once you pass your demo/mock call, you start on real client leads the very next day.

What You'll Do

Call warm, inbound leads: Pakistani real estate agency owners, brokers, and developers who filled out a form showing interest
Review each lead's details before calling (name, company, city, budget, current marketing) so every call starts informed
Call leads via WhatsApp Web
Ask the right questions first, then pitch: understand the prospect's problem before offering the solution
Present the PKR 150,000/month package and negotiate only within approved limits
Hand off every closed client to the management team with clear notes on what was agreed
Record every sales call using OBS Studio, no call happens without a recording
Follow up with leads who don't close on the first call, on a set schedule (Day 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30)
Send a short end-of-day report covering your calls, outcomes, and next steps for each open lead, in the dedicated WhatsApp group

Requirements

2-3 years of proven sales closing experience (B2B or high-ticket service sales)
Experience closing Pakistani real estate clients, agencies, brokers, or developers, by selling lead generation or digital marketing services is a plus
A track record of closing sales, with real numbers to back it up (deals closed per month, close rate, deal size)
Strong consultative selling skills: you listen and ask questions before you pitch
Confidence talking to business owners and decision-makers, and holding your ground in price negotiations
Skilled at handling objections without getting defensive or rushing the close
Self-discipline: you track your own pipeline and numbers without being told to
Comfortable working with targets and follow-up sequences, not just one-off calls
Fluent in English and Urdu, and comfortable switching between both mid-conversation
Familiarity with the Pakistani real estate market is a big plus
Comfortable using your own WhatsApp to contact leads, follow up, and handle day-to-day client communication
A working laptop and a stable, good internet connection

Markesta offers a performance-based monthly basic salary plus commission . Both tiers depend on new paying clients you personally close. Commission is calculated on your total actual monthly new-client revenue .

Standard price: PKR 150,000 per client.
Target: 25 new clients per month.

Examples assume every sale is at the standard price. Earnings are illustrative, not guaranteed. Actual commission depends on eligible sales and actual collected new-client revenue. Pay for zero-close months and other payroll rules must be addressed in the final employment terms.
