Role Description

The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to support lead generation, guest engagement, and client communication across SMB’s property management services. Day-to-day tasks include building and segmenting email lists, creating and scheduling email sequences, setting up marketing automation workflows, and tracking campaign performance using marketing analytics tools. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align email content with business goals, maintain brand consistency, and support promotional initiatives for short-term rental portfolios. The role also involves testing subject lines and content, monitoring deliverability and open rates, and preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation skills, with hands-on experience in building and managing campaigns.

Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics skills to track, interpret, and report on email performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.

Candidates should possess Communication and Lead Generation skills to craft clear, persuasive messaging that drives inquiries, bookings, and client interest.

Candidates should possess the ability to segment audiences, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in hospitality, real estate, or short-term rentals, and familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing channels, is highly beneficial.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are essential.
