BCBA Needed – Full-Time (Starting ASAP)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop/monitor data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide coaching, technical guidance, and training to school staff, teachers, and RBTs on ABA principles and de-escalation techniques.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary IEP and MTSS teams, school psychologists, and administrators.
Education & Credentials:
Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field +
Active BCBA certification
(must meet current MD requirements).
3+ years working with K-12 students with behavioral/special education needs preferred.
Strong skills in data collection, report writing, and staff coaching.
