Job Title: Accounting Manager
Evergreen Park, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct HirePay Range: $130,000 - $135,000 base salary plus 10% bonusBenefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc.Company: Manufacturing CompanyKey Responsibilities:Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedulesPrepare monthly financial statements and management reportsMaintain general ledgerLead the annual external audit processMaintain and improve accounting processes and internal controlsSupport inventory, fixed asset, accrual, and other accounting activitiesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in public accounting (audit preferred)CPA preferred.SAP or ERP experience preferred.
