Hours:

At Park School, you'll have the opportunity to do what great teaching is really about: building relationships, inspiring confidence and helping students achieve things they never thought possible.
We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our specialist team, supporting students with autism and additional needs. With smaller class sizes, a highly supportive environment and the chance to tailor learning to individual students, you'll have the time and flexibility to make a genuine impact every day.
This is a role where progress isn't always measured by exam results alone. It might be a student communicating with confidence, overcoming a challenge, building friendships or taking a significant step towards greater independence. Every achievement matters, and you'll play a key role in helping students reach their potential.
Whether you're an experienced SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into specialist education, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Inspire, motivate and support students with autism and additional SEND needs.
Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Monitor progress and adapt approaches to ensure every student can succeed.
Work collaboratively with families, therapists and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Promote confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing alongside academic development.
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning.
Experience of working with SEND students, or a genuine interest in specialist education.
A creative, adaptable and student-centred approach to teaching.
Committed to creating opportunities for every student to thrive.
At OFG Education, we believe every student deserves an education designed around who they are. Through high expectations, deep expertise and truly personalised education, we help students realise their potential and prepare for successful futures.
Building on more than 20 years of experience, we are bringing our approach to more students and communities around the world. Across the UK, Iberia and the Gulf, our schools combine the strength, expertise and high standards of an international education group with the individuality of each school and the communities they serve.
Whatever your role, joining OFG Education means contributing to our shared ambition: empowering every student to success through truly personalised education.
