Compensation: Commission-based - 75% advanced on all sales. 25% paid as residual

Leads: House generated leads for 60 days

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Licensed Insurance Broker with Valora Group, you'll work directly with clients to understand their protection needs, explain their options, and help them choose coverage that fits their goals and budget. With access to multiple carriers and products, you can find the right fit for each client instead of selling a one-size-fits-all policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct client consultations and needs analyses
Educate clients on term, whole life, and other permanent life insurance products
Recommend coverage based on each client's needs, goals, and budget
Present solutions clearly and answer questions professionally
Follow up with prospects and clients through the sales and application process
Work with carriers and underwriters on quotes and policy placement
Keep client records, notes, and activity current in the CRM
Complete sales and policy documentation accurately and on time
Participate in and follow the company's training schedule, including onboarding, product training, and ongoing development sessions
Stay current on products, carrier guidelines, and regulations
Meet individual production and activity goals while supporting the team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active life insurance license in the applicable state(s)

· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain complex information in plain terms

· Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Professional, ethical, client-focused approach to sales

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in life insurance, financial services, benefits, or related sales

Licenses in multiple states
Bilingual or multilingual

· Experience working with a diverse range of clients, families, or communities

An established book of business or client relationships
