What You'll Find at EvidencePT
Structured mentorship:
Regular one-on-one mentorship, hands-on training, case discussions, and clinical guidance.
Supportive onboarding:
Guidance as you transition from PT school into clinical practice.
Diverse clinical
Treat general orthopedic and neurological conditions while exploring sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, vestibular therapy, concussion management, TMJ, and pelvic health.
Ongoing clinical
Participate in our Clinical Excellence Program and continue developing your clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
NPTE preparation support:
Available to eligible new graduates and Maryland temporary license holders.
Career development:
Opportunities to pursue clinical specialization, mentorship, and leadership as your experience grows.
We don't expect you to know everything on your first day. We do expect you to be willing to learn, ask questions, and take pride in your work.

Who Should Apply?
