About Grantd
Equity compensation is often the largest and most complicated part of a person’s wealth, and most advisors lack the tools to plan around it well. Grantd Equity changes that. Our AI-powered platform gives 300+ RIA firms the clarity they need to help clients make better decisions about stock options, RSUs, and other equity awards. We’re a lean team building quickly, and every person here has a direct impact on our clients and our product.
This is a hands-on operations and client support role. About half your time goes to data and back-office work: reviewing grant documents, entering equity compensation data, and processing invoices. The rest goes to clients: answering support requests, onboarding new firms, and moving clients from StockOpter to Grantd. You’ll also test new product releases before they go live.
You’ll join a 22-person company, reporting to our VP of Service Delivery. You’ll work daily with product and engineering and regularly interact with our leadership team. Your input will shape how we serve clients.
Within your first year, you’ll build real expertise in equity compensation, a specialized skill that’s in demand across wealth management and fintech. Strong performers can grow into a Client Success Manager.
What You’ll Do
Review client grant documents and data files for completeness, then enter RSU grants, ISO/NSO options, vesting schedules, and exercise history accurately
Respond to client questions by phone, email, and chat, and know when to escalate
