Detailed Job Description

As a Python/AI Engineer supporting TekDex in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of AI application development, model integration, backend engineering, and intelligent system deployment across mission-critical client platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Python applications and artificial intelligence pipelines, integrating emerging AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI frameworks into production solutions, authoring robust, high-performance backend code and API integrations for international clients, collaborating closely with cross-functional software engineering, data science, product, and executive stakeholder squads in Agile sprint cycles, conducting rigorous code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and model evaluation across distributed datasets, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of system architectures, model pipelines, and operational runbooks, and managing application requirements by sending your updated resume via direct email to Fatima Saleem at or via LinkedIn direct message. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex algorithmic bottlenecks and system integration anomalies under strict service level agreements. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, optimize, and maintain scalable Python applications and artificial intelligence solutions.
Integrate cutting-edge generative AI technologies, machine learning models, and LLM pipelines into client software platforms.
Author robust, high-performance backend code, RESTful APIs, and data processing workflows utilizing Python.
Conduct rigorous algorithmic optimization, performance profiling, debugging, and code reviews across engineering squads.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional international client teams, product managers, and data science specialists.
Implement DevOps practices, version control workflows, and automated deployment pipelines for AI applications.
Monitor system telemetry, model accuracy, inference latency, and server health metrics proactively.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive technical documentation of system architectures, API endpoints, and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 to 4+ years of progressive professional experience in software engineering, Python development, and AI implementation.
Strong, demonstrable hands‑on professional expertise in Python programming, backend frameworks, and object-oriented design.
Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
Deep practical experience building, training, fine-tuning, or integrating AI models and APIs into web applications.
Solid practical experience in database design, API development, and distributed system integration.
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure conditions.
Mandatory legal work eligibility and physical availability for full-time on-site professional operations in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift).
