Company Overview
A growing, private equity-backed technology and services organization headquartered in Central New Jersey is seeking a Finance Manager to join its leadership team. The company serves highly regulated industries, providing mission-critical compliance and monitoring solutions to customers across healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical markets. With a strong reputation, an established customer base, and continued growth, the organization offers a dynamic environment where finance plays a highly visible role in supporting strategic decision-making and operational performance.
Position Overview
This newly created Finance Manager role will serve as the CFO's right hand and act as a critical bridge between accounting, finance, and business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting foundation while also possessing advanced forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis capabilities.
This is not a pure FP&A role and it is not a traditional accounting role.
Instead, the position sits at the intersection of both disciplines, requiring someone who can understand the numbers, analyze trends, build financial models, and help leadership make informed business decisions.
The company is looking for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working through data from multiple sources, and creating meaningful reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will become the company's internal expert on revenue recognition and pricing while helping build more robust forecasting and planning processes throughout the organization.
