Job Description

The Pre-Sales & Proposal Engineer is responsible for independently managing the end-to‑to‑end proposal and bid lifecycle, from analyzing client requirements to coordinating responses and submitting high‑quality proposals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, quality, and competitiveness in every submission. This role demands strong communication, time management, and proposal writing skills to support business growth and client engagement.

General Overview Of Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the complete proposal/bid lifecycle from RFP receipt to submission, ensuring timely, complete, and high‑quality responses.
Ensure all proposals comply with internal processes, client expectations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including technical, product, and business units to gather inputs and drive proposal development.
Lead the requirement analysis, identify risks, define bid strategy, and support solution development for competitive and tailored proposals.
Accurately respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations by mapping solutions in collaboration with technical and product teams.
Build a deep understanding of InfoTech’s intellectual property (IP) and effectively align it with client needs.
Manage risks throughout the bid process by identifying challenges, proposing mitigation strategies, and resolving related issues

Work Experience & Skills

1–2 years of hands‑on experience in pre‑sales and proposal writing.
Strong command of English writing, along with excellent time management, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work cross‑functional and manage multiple bids simultaneously under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer requirements.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
