Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business role based in Sialkot. The position involves managing and expanding relationships with international clients, handling inquiries, and coordinating orders from quotation to delivery. The role includes developing business plans, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting pricing and negotiation strategies. Daily responsibilities also cover monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, preparing business reports, and collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment. The team member will support customer service activities, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and contribute to long-term partnership development.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to develop growth strategies, manage accounts, and support operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with international clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, export operations, or the sports goods industry is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage for international communication.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Sialkot, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
