Job Description

Product Manager A product-minded builder who turns ambiguity into a plan and ships it. You move fluidly between strategy, client conviction, and hands-on building, and you're as comfortable defending a decision in front of a client as you are breaking a fuzzy idea down into something a team can execute. You've taken products from zero to one, and you've built things yourself with agentic tools, so you know what these tools can actually do and how to write for them. You hold a point of view and you're willing to pound the table for it, but you elevate the people around you rather than manage them. A forward-thinking incubation studio that is known for their high-quality work, an innovative approach and collaborates with clients to reimagine how they go to market. Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmaps across client engagements, turning business goals and research into clear priorities Take products from zero to one, ideation through launch Break ambiguous problems into structured plans, milestones, and success metrics Partner closely with design and engineering to move ideas to shipped

Build and prototype with AI-assisted tools to pressure-test and validate ideas fast Communicate product vision and tradeoffs clearly to clients and leadership Coordinate multiple client workstreams, flagging risks and clearing blockers Contribute product thinking to new business, pitches, and proposals

Requirements

5+ years in product management (consultancy, agency, innovation studio, or strong in-house) Experience taking products zero to one, ideation through launch Has built something real with AI/agentic tools and can show it
Strong communicator, comfortable defending strategy to clients and executives Comfortable across multiple client engagements at once Fluent with modern product and collaboration tools (Figma, project management, analytics) Confident, low ego, connected to how the discipline is changing Based in NYC or able to work Tues-Thurs on site Compensation for this position is in the $190K–$250K range depending on experience.
