What You’ll Do
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across behavioral health and detox units
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Partner closely with physicians, therapists, and support teams
Document interventions and patient progress with accuracy and compassion
Educate patients and families while connecting them to community resources

What We’re Looking For
Active AZ RN license or Compact license eligibility
Interest in behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or detox care
Commitment to a consistent day or night schedule — no rotating shifts
Compensation & Differentials
Base pay: $42–$52/hour
Weeknight differential: +10%
Weekend day differential: +15%
Weekend night differential: +30%
