Responsibilities

Maintain and Grow Your Book of Business — Strengthen existing customer accounts while developing new long term relationships built on trust.

Build Strong Customer & Carrier Relationships — Communicate consistently, follow through, and create dependable partnerships that keep freight moving smoothly.

Negotiate Competitive Rates — Secure strong pricing with carriers while protecting margins and delivering real value to shippers.

Coordinate Shipments — Schedule pickups and deliveries, verify load details, and keep everyone informed from start to finish.

Track Deliveries — Monitor loads proactively, address issues quickly, and keep customers updated every step of the way.

Requirements
· Proven freight brokerage or logistics sales experience

Existing shipper relationships (required for 1099 success)
