Job Description

Each morning you review your open cases, confirm any scheduled callbacks and check for new client requests that came in overnight. From there, the workday moves through a mix of direct client contact, documentation and follow-up.

Core responsibilities in this role

Respond to client questions about coverage, options and next steps with clear and accurate information

Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with internal team members to resolve open items

Keep client records current and document every interaction accurately

Follow up consistently to make sure nothing falls through and clients feel supported

Learn product knowledge and communication best practices through structured onboarding and ongoing training
