Job Description

Lead the development and management of maintenance systems, using data to drive facility strategy and KPI performance.

Support capital planning and execution, including project identification, prioritization, justification, and tracking.

Oversee facility and equipment improvement projects from concept through completion.

Maintain technical manuals and equipment documentation to support troubleshooting and maintenance.

Manage external contractors for all facility and maintenance-related work.

Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Hands-on expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes, anticipate issues, and implement effective, production-conscious solutions

Experience with supply inventory management, as well as budgeting and expense control, is required
