The Role
Our client, an expanding commercial HVAC contractor, needs a hands-on Project Manager to run commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage multiple jobs at once, review mechanical drawings and specs, handle RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders, and coordinate daily with crews, subs, GCs, and inspectors.
Who We Want
Field-tested people from construction or
technicians or installers who have moved into lead or foreman roles, superintendents, project coordinators, assistant PMs, estimators, or service and operations managers.
Requirements
3+ years in HVAC, mechanical, or commercial construction
Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (ductwork, RTUs, ventilation, exhaust)
Able to read mechanical drawings and plans
Knowledge of Florida building codes
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have: Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or MS Project; OSHA or PMP certification
