Our staffing firm is currently recruiting for a
Part-Time Bookkeeper
on behalf of a well-established, locally owned CPA firm in Rock Hill, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, embraces technology, and is looking for a long-term career opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new software and processes. This position offers flexibility, professional development, and the chance to work alongside experienced accounting professionals in a supportive office environment.
Schedule
Approximately 20-25 hours per week
Hours may fluctuate based on workload and seasonal business demands
Opportunity for additional hours and eventual full-time employment for the right candidate
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping data
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist with payroll-related tasks and reporting
Enter financial data and maintain organized records
Generate reports and assist with client account management
Utilize accounting and cloud-based software platforms
Support the accounting team with various administrative and bookkeeping functions
Previous bookkeeping, accounting, office, or administrative experience preferred
Ability to quickly adapt to new software systems and processes
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
