Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Imaging Specialist to support print production, digital document processing, scanning, and finishing operations in a fast-paced prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, customer-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key
Perform printing, scanning, document preparation, and finishing services.
Use Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator for PDF manipulation and graphics-related tasks.
Operate multifunction printers, scanners, copiers, and binding equipment.
Manage production workflows, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely distribution of completed materials.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with training colleagues on equipment and procedures.
Adapt to changing priorities, including overtime, shift coverage, and occasional off-site assignments.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum five years of experience in reprographics, print production, or document services in a professional services environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
