Are you a high-energy, hands-on HR leader who thrives in manufacturing? We’re seeking an experienced HR professional who enjoys being on the plant floor, leading teams, developing talent, and driving business results across a large employee population.
Relocation may be considered for candidates with established ties to
Northeast Ohio .
Key
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business and operational goals
Maintain a visible plant-floor presence and build strong relationships across the workforce
Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching
Drive recruitment, retention, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development
Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and affirmative action requirements
Partner with EHS on workplace safety and workers’ compensation matters
Use workforce metrics to identify opportunities and improve organizational effectiveness
Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance HR processes and results
What We're Looking For
Must have a strong manufacturing background
A hands-on, energetic leadership style with a strong presence on the plant floor
Proven ability to coach leaders, navigate complex employee relations matters, and deliver results
Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
