Are you a BCBA looking for a meaningful clinical role that offers flexibility, professional independence, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of families?
Greater Goals ABA is expanding its
program, and we're seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are passionate about providing high-quality, family-centered ABA services through telehealth.
This is an opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a different way — working directly with caregivers, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping families build practical skills that carry over into everyday life.
MomVersity is an innovative, telehealth-based ABA parent-training program designed to empower caregivers to become active participants in their child's treatment.
Unlike traditional in-home ABA models, our BCBAs work directly with parents through live Zoom coaching, structured educational modules, individualized guidance, and weekly small-group sessions.
Provide direct parent coaching:
Lead live, interactive telehealth sessions, including real-time coaching during family dinner and other daily routines.
Deliver structured parent training:
Guide caregivers through MomVersity Live Learning Hub and provide individualized feedback on skill implementation.
Facilitate group coaching:
Lead weekly virtual sessions with small groups of up to eight families.
Complete timely documentation in accordance with insurance, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure regulatory compliance:
Fully Remote:
Deliver clinical services from your own private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Flexible Scheduling:
Use your professional judgment and expertise while working independently in a remote setting.
Work directly with parents and help them develop skills that support their child's long-term progress.
Alternative to Traditional In-Home ABA:
Focus on parent training and clinical coaching rather than managing an in-home RBT service model.
Work alongside a team committed to quality care, professional communication, and ongoing program improvement.
Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
Active or eligible for licensure in Georgia and/or other states served. Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
Reliable internet access and a private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth workspace.
fully remote position with flexible scheduling . Full-time hours are not guaranteed.
