Our client is a leading consumer organisation looking for a Junior CRM / Personalized Marketing Specialist to support the execution of campaigns across email, SMS and push channels.

This is a cross-functional campaign coordination role, working closely with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Digital and Technical teams to ensure campaigns are briefed, delivered accurately and kept on schedule.

Job Description

The Specialist, Personalized Marketing will support campaigns from initial briefing through to deployment and reporting. The role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of marketing experience who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and campaign deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate email, SMS and CRM campaigns from briefing through to deployment.

Create campaign briefs and coordinate copy, creative assets, targeting, URLs and disclaimers.

Work with Creative and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables and deadlines are met.

Perform detailed QA checks across campaigns, links, offers, targeting and creative.

Manage campaign tasks and timelines using Workfront or similar project management tools.

Support campaign reporting and monitor CRM, customer and sales metrics.

Identify risks, gaps and opportunities to improve campaign processes and workflows.

Partner across Marketing, Creative, CRM, Digital and Technical teams to deliver campaigns.

Requirements

2+ years' marketing experience, ideally within retail, agency, email marketing or CRM.

Previous experience supporting email or CRM campaigns; SMS/mobile push experience is a plus.

Strong campaign/project coordination skills, managing multiple deliverables and deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail and experience with campaign QA/execution.

Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks independently.

Experience with Workfront, Asana, Jira or similar is helpful but not essential.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
