Previous experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing or plant environment

Background in interview coordination, record keeping, or onboarding processes

Experience conducting background checks and verifying employment information

Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred

Entry-level to 2 years of HR coordinating experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced plant setting

Comfortable with extensive follow-up and person-to-person interactions

On-site work in Trenton, NJ, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and organizational needs

Valid work authorization for the U.S.
