Project Manager

Manage construction projects from initial planning through successful completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Coordinate project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure projects run efficiently.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling or coordination challenges.
Manage project documentation, changes, and customer communication.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
Identify potential project challenges and implement effective solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards.
Experience in construction project management, project engineering, or project coordination.
Background in commercial construction, specialty contracting, or a related construction field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience coordinating with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
