Supplier Enablement Consultant||SAP Analyst
Locations:
West Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC Hybrid 3 days
We are looking for a hands-on Supplier Enablement Consultant
with experience in supplier onboarding, supplier master data management, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong systems knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a keen eye for data quality and process accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier onboarding, supplier enablement, and supplier master data operations.
Create, maintain, and modify supplier records in enterprise systems.
Investigate and resolve supplier setup issues, system exceptions, data discrepancies, and process-related problems.
Perform quality checks (QA/QC) to ensure supplier data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement appropriate resolutions for operational and system issues.
Support business users by providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and timely updates.
Understand end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and the downstream impact of supplier data and setup changes.
Support process improvements, documentation, and system transition activities.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Enablement, Supplier Master Data, or Vendor Master Operations.
Experience creating, maintaining, or modifying supplier records within enterprise systems.
Strong troubleshooting, exception handling, and root-cause analysis skills.
Understanding of procurement operations and P2P processes.
Strong attention to detail and experience with data quality or quality assurance activities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support business users effectively.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing processes, and learn new systems quickly.

SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)
SAP Ariba Business Network
Other enterprise supplier management, vendor master data, or P2P platforms
