Client Profile
Our client supports complex manufacturing and corporate operations. This contract role focuses on proactive recruiting, talent market intelligence, and building qualified pipelines for specialized positions across multiple business functions.
Key
Develop proactive sourcing strategies across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, IT, and digital technology.
Map target companies, talent pools, and relevant markets for critical and hard-to-fill skill sets.
Identify and engage passive candidates using external sourcing platforms and creative search techniques.
Partner with recruiting teams and hiring stakeholders to clarify requirements and build qualified talent pipelines.
Provide talent intelligence on candidate availability, market trends, and sourcing challenges.
Track outreach, responses, screening activity, and pipeline conversion through submission and interview stages.
Maintain accurate sourcing activity and pipeline reporting using SuccessFactors and external tools.
Use market data and conversion metrics to recommend improvements to sourcing strategy and pipeline quality.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in proactive talent sourcing or recruiting, including engagement with passive candidates.
Ability to source technical and professional talent across diverse functions and specialized markets.
Experience with external sourcing tools; familiarity with SuccessFactors is preferred.
Strong market mapping, talent intelligence, reporting, and recruiting funnel analysis skills.
Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to track pipelines without a dedicated internal CRM.
