We're seeking an experienced

Audit Senior or Audit Manager (CPA)

to join our Assurance team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys developing deep technical expertise, leading client engagements, mentoring team members, and serving as a trusted advisor to organizations and business leaders.

What You'll Do

Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted long-term relationships

Supervise, coach, and develop interns, staff, and senior accountants

Review work, provide constructive feedback, and promote professional growth within the team

Identify opportunities to deliver additional value and insights to clients

Collaborate with partners and niche industry teams on complex engagements

Ensure engagements meet professional standards and firm quality expectations

Contribute to the continued growth and success of our Assurance practice

What We're Looking For

Required

Qualifications

Active CPA license

3-8 years of public accounting audit and assurance experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting requirements

Experience managing engagements and supervising staff

Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills

A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development

Preferred Experience

Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audit experience. Experience in the following areas a plus
