Job Description

Join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team as a Sr. Associate, TA Recruiting, owning the full-cycle recruiting process from end to end. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience—from first outreach through onboarding. You’ll bring a consultative approach to hiring, balance multiple requisitions and priorities, and help strengthen recruiting practices that support inclusive, consistent, and effective talent decisions.

Required Skills

Full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing through offer stage)

Candidate sourcing capabilities across multiple channels (job boards, social platforms, referrals, networking)

Strong screening and interview coordination skills, including timely communication and follow-up

Hiring manager partnership skills (intake conversations, expectations-setting, process guidance)

Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Proficiency with

Microsoft Office Suite

(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to Have Skills

Experience recruiting for

hard-to-fill

or high-priority roles and proactively building pipelines

Comfort using recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) to improve process

Exposure to structured enterprise processes and/or governance frameworks

Experience supporting or participating in

diversity and inclusion

recruiting initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree

in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

1–4 years

of recruiting experience, ideally in a talent acquisition function or staffing environment
