Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Bhakkar. The Salesperson will greet and assist customers, present product features and benefits, and help individuals choose suitable footwear styles and sizes. Daily tasks include managing the sales floor, answering customer inquiries, processing transactions, and handling basic cash and POS operations. The role involves maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the store team on replenishment, and keeping the store clean and organized. The Salesperson will also collect customer feedback, support local promotions, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively.
Basic knowledge of retail operations, such as handling cash, using POS systems, and managing product displays.
Clear verbal communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with a polite and professional manner.
Ability to stand for extended periods, move stock safely, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining store presentation and accurate transaction records.
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward meeting individual and store-wide sales goals.
Previous experience in footwear or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.
Minimum educational background at secondary school level; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
