Detailed Job Description

As an ICT Integration Service Engineer supporting CEM maintenance in Islamabad via Turnotech Inc., you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of platform health monitoring, alarm management, and incident resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring CEM platforms and NMS alarms for timely issue resolution, executing platform maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting service issues, and performing rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You will support telecom data flows across 3G, 4G, 5G, and VoLTE networks, utilize shell/bash scripting for automation, and coordinate closely with customers and technical teams for incident resolution and reporting. Furthermore, you will maintain meticulous documentation and configuration logs to ensure high system availability.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor Customer Experience Management (CEM) platforms and Network Management System (NMS) alarms to ensure timely issue resolution.
Perform platform maintenance, software upgrades, routine patching, and comprehensive technical troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot complex service issues and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Support telecom data flows, signaling, and service performance across 3G, 4G, 5G, and VoLTE network environments.
Coordinate seamlessly with external customers and internal technical teams for incident resolution, escalation management, and reporting.
Write and utilize shell/bash scripts for task automation, log parsing, and operational efficiency.
Maintain high system availability, performance monitoring, and operational compliance across NMS platforms.
Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations accurately.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
0 to 3 years of relevant professional experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
Good practical knowledge and foundational expertise in Linux operating systems, MySQL databases, and computer networking.
Solid understanding of telecommunications technologies including 3G, 4G, 5G, and VoLTE architectures.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer liaison.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Eagerness to learn advanced network management systems and CEM platforms.
Mandatory legal eligibility to work in Pakistan with local presence and availability for on-site operations in Islamabad.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Professional certifications such as Huawei HCIA / HCIP, Cisco CCNA, or Linux Administrator certifications.
Hands-on experience with shell/bash scripting for system administration and log analysis.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools, NMS suites, and performance metrics.
Prior internship or project experience in telecommunications network operations or managed services.
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization principles.
