Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring a Junior Sales & Marketing Representative
to join our growing team in Oak Brook, IL .
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement . Representatives work directly with customers while promoting products and services on behalf of our clients within a retail environment.
Catalyst Corporation supports campaigns for nationally recognized brands across industries including telecommunications, smart home services, and renewable energy.
Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers in a retail environment
Promote client products, services, and current offers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Provide information on pricing, promotions, and product availability
Build positive relationships with customers
Support individual and team sales goals
Help increase brand awareness through face-to-face customer engagement
Participate in ongoing product and sales training
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
