Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity attack methods, adversary behavior, attack paths, and kill chains.

Working knowledge of enterprise security controls across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, email, vulnerability management, monitoring and detection, incident response, and data protection.

Ability to interpret Red Team observations, penetration test results, vulnerability assessments, and threat intelligence reporting.

Ability to evaluate remediation effectiveness, supporting evidence, and residual risk.

Skills and Capabilities

Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex attack scenarios.

Sound judgment when assessing control coverage, remediation options, and residual risk.

Clear, concise written and verbal communication for both technical teams and senior leaders.

Ability to influence stakeholders, ask effective questions, and drive accountability without direct authority.

Strong organization and follow-through while managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving threat environment.
