Technical Business Analyst
Not a developer. By Technical he means someone that can work with the development team and is capable of putting applications load documents together. Knows how the components of the system work. Knows how the UI is calling a web service.
Working knowledge of SQL, able to do joins, tables, etc..
Communication is critical.
The development teams are working in .Net and Db2, but the BA will not need specific knowledge of .Net or DB2. Just have enough technical savvy to understand what is going on with the applications and not just create the documentation, but understand it as well.
Agile environment background
Financial services - Wealth Management, 401k or retirement projects, equity, swaps, etc.
RSUs/Restricted stock units, options, etc.
someone with a trading background will work.
Experience with application architecture. Understanding the designs, flows, \"know how systems work under the hood and how all the tech connects\"
