Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, creative, sales, and operational positions
Create and publish job openings across LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other relevant channels
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews
Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and follow up with shortlisted candidates
Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding requirements
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Monitor attendance, punctuality, leaves, working schedules, and related records
Support employee performance reviews, probation evaluations, and HR follow-ups
Handle employee concerns professionally and elevate matters to management when required
Assist with company policies, procedures, disciplinary documentation, and workplace standards
Coordinate employee offboarding, clearance, and exit processes
Support employee engagement and contribute to a professional, positive, and accountable workplace culture
Maintain confidentiality of employee, compensation, and company information
Prepare basic HR reports and provide management with relevant recruitment and workforce updates

Job Specification

This is a full-time, onsite position at CodesFix in Bahawalpur. The HR Executive will support the complete employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.The role includes creating and publishing job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate and employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding, monitoring attendance and leaves, preparing HR documentation, and supporting management with employee-related matters.The ideal candidate should have 1-2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a software house, IT company, digital agency, or other fast-paced professional environment. Strong communication, confidentiality, organization, and people-management skills are essential.
